How we work...
We begin our collaboration with your enterprise with a full-day strategy session in the calm and inspiring grounds of Bingarra, in the shadow of Victoria’s Macedon Ranges. We will dedicate three or four advisors to this session based upon the most pressing needs identified with your business – be they strategic, financial, talent-based, promotional, or tied to the next stage in your product’s evolution.
From this initial session, we develop a comprehensive strategy document identifying the next stages in your scale-up journey, with suggestions of resources and inputs from Bingarra partners tied to specific milestones, typically over a six-month period. A Bingarra strategy is designed to meet measurable targets in a systematic scale-up journey, without any sudden escalation in fixed costs. We will provide a dedicated partner to guide you through this process, with follow-up meetings with the core team scheduled at the midpoint and end of our initial support program.
